What Items Are Eligible for Return or Exchange?

  • Only unstitched clothing is eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Items that are on sale, custom-stitched, or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.


What Items Are NOT Returnable?

  • Stitched, customized, or altered products.

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or are missing original tags.

  • Accessories, undergarments, or any hygiene-sensitive products.


 Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our team within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Mention your order number, item name, and reason for exchange.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return courier process.

  4. Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.


 Refunds:

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock after purchase.

  • The item delivered is damaged, incorrect, or missing.

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind or fit/size issues (unless it was our error).

Refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer (usually within 5–7 business days)

  • Same payment method if you paid online
