How do I place an order?

Just browse your favorite products, click “Add to Cart”, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to fill in your shipping and payment details

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to track your parcel with the courier.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on your case.
